Hashcat -m 10500

I want to use Hashcat to crack PDFs with a password lenght of 38th characters (with dictionary, obviously). The version of the PDFs is 1.6, so Hashcat mode to do it is 10500. I want to crack them using GPU because it can process more attempts per second.

I am authorized to open all the PDFs, they are public.
