Handwritten Notes to PDF Creation

I have a collection of handwritten notes that need to be typed up and converted into a text document, then saved as a PDF. The notes are all plain text with no special formatting, tables, charts or mathematical equations. The ideal freelancer for this project would have excellent typing skills, attention to detail to ensure accurate transcription and experience with Google Docs.
