I need an electrical-estimator who already works confidently in GroundPlan to turn my PDF drawings into accurate quantity take-offs and a clear cost estimate. I will upload the plans; from there your job is to import them into GroundPlan, count every fitting, cable run, switchboard and accessory, then generate the material and labour pricing so I can move straight to client quotation.
Your deliverables:
• Marked-up GroundPlan/PDF showing all measured items
• Itemised spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) with quantities, unit rates and total cost
