Google Image Scraper and PDF Generator

I'm looking for a competent freelancer who can execute a project that involves downloading all images from Google image search and aggregating them into a single folder.
Following this, the freelancer will then use each image to generate individual PDF files. These PDFs need to be formatted on the company's letterhead, which consists of our logo and contact details.
To reiterate, here are the project tasks that you'll be required to carry out:
- Download all images from Google image search and store them in a single folder.
- Generate individual PDF files for each image.
- Each PDF file should be on a letterhead that contains the company's logo and contact details.
The functionality I'm looking for is that these company details must feature on every page of the generated PDF files.
Required skills and experience:
