Food Menu Text & Price Update

I have a food menu PDF that needs some text and price updates, along with a few new items. There's a Word document that lists all the necessary changes.
The scope of the project includes:
- Updating prices on various food items
- Modifying item descriptions
- Adding new items to the menu
- Keeping the current format of the menu
The menu is more than 5 pages long. I need someone who is detail-oriented and can accurately make the changes while maintaining the integrity of the original format. Experience with PDF editing and menu design is a plus.
