Fillable PDF for TTRPG Character Sheet

I need a talented designer/developer to convert an existing excel sheet into a 3-page fillable PDF. This PDF should include dropdowns, auto-calculations, etc. The PDF is for a Tabletop Role-Playing Game character sheet.
Key Requirements:
- The PDF should be aesthetically pleasing with a vintage or medieval style.
- The form needs to be user-friendly and designed with the player in mind.
You will need to:
- Understand the requirements of an RPG character sheet
- Have experience in creating fillable PDFs
- Be proficient in graphic design, particularly with a vintage or medieval aesthetic
- Ensure the final product is high-quality & easy to use
