Fillable PDF Form Revision

Hi there,

I’m looking for someone with experience creating and editing fillable PDF forms using Adobe Acrobat Pro or a similar tool.

I already have an 8-page fillable PDF, but the text field alignment is off. When people type into the form:

The text appears too high, too low, or crosses through the lines

The font size is inconsistent between different fields

Some input boxes are misaligned with the lines they're supposed to match

What I need:

Remove the old lines that clash with typed text

Redraw clean, evenly spaced lines that match the height and width of the form fields

Make sure the text sits just above each line when typed

Ensure consistent font and size across all fields

Maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout the form

Preserve all checkboxes and formatting for other parts of the form

You’ll be working from the current PDF I provide. This should be a quick job for someone experienced with PDF form design.
