Fillable PDF Fix: Address Box Issue

I have a fillable PDF file where all fields function properly, with the exception of one address box. Currently, I'm only able to type on one line, and can't drop down to add the city, state, phone etc. This address box is intended for business contact information. It should be formatted as a single multiline text box.
