Fillable PDF Creation for Work Reports
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need a PDF turned into a fillable document for work report purposes. The ideal freelancer should have experience in creating fillable PDFs with the following requirements:
- Fields: The PDF should contain text fields and checkboxes.
- Formatting: The text fields should be formatted as plain text, date format, and numeric format.
This project requires attention to detail and a good understanding of PDF editing software. Prior experience with creating fillable PDFs is a must.
The only changes needed to the design is the "Resin" - "Lot" number boxes (About half way down page) have to be increase from 10 boxes to 11
