Excel Template Developer Needed for Budget Spreadsheet (Pilot Project – Ongoing Potential)

I’m looking for an experienced Excel template developer to create a clean, professional, out-of-the-box spreadsheet.

This is a pilot project — if it goes well, the selected freelancer could be considered for additional projects to build a series of professional Excel templates (budgeting, invoicing, project management, inventory, etc.).

• Track monthly income & expenses
• Category breakdowns (e.g. housing, utilities, food, transportation, etc.)
• Simple summary dashboard (charts + totals)
• Annual roll-up (12 months)
• One “How to Use” tab with clear instructions
• Design Expectations:
• Professional but minimal (easy to use for non-Excel pros)
• Protected formulas (to prevent accidental edits)
• Windows and Mac Excel compatible (no macros/VBA)
• Deliverables:
• One Excel file (.xlsx)
• Editable version (unprotected) and a “ready-to-use” version (protected)
