Excel Data Entry: PDF Sales Totals

I have a batch of sales records saved as PDFs and I need the key figures moved into an Excel file. Every line item in those PDFs contains just two pieces of information I care about— the sale amount and the transaction date—so your job is to pull only those fields and lay them out clearly in a spreadsheet.

All PDFs are already organised by month; you’ll find the dates and amounts in a consistent spot on each page, so once you set up a rhythm the extraction should go quickly. I can share a sample file and a simple Excel template with the two required columns to keep formatting consistent. Accuracy is more important than speed: every amount must match the original document and every date must retain its exact format (DD/MM/YYYY).

Deliverables
• Completed Excel file populated with all amounts and dates
• A quick note outlining any unreadable or missing entries, if you find any
