Editing one ebook inserting QRCODES and preparing a PDF file for printing

I have a book that I have published as an ebook in digital format.
The book includes 79 links to web pages active in the digital version when the reader clicks the image. In addition, underneath every picture, there is a link to the video segment.
The link is also printed in the clear in the text and or the video's caption.
I need a PDF file that includes QR codes included: one QR code for each link.
The QR coding should use a FREE no-charge system.
You should format the PDF file for a 6"x9" print format with 0.5." margins on all sizes.
