Edit Presentation and Create PDF

I need help with a few image edits and creating a PDF from slides.

Requirements:
- Edit 2 or 3 presentation images:
- Swapping or adding new images (I will provide these)
- Compile slides into a PDF file

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in image editing software
- Experience in creating PDF documents from slides
