Edit PDF document -- 2

I need the document fixed so the line under John Luong's signature is removed, and I need it to match the exact spot and the Dennis Luong Contract. I also need Dennis Luongs signature moved from 1 document (Dennis Long Contract) to the other (Scan document), without the weird issues (looks like crumpled paper) in the background. I also need someone to remove the line through the entire document caused by my scanner. I need this to look very good, and very professional.
