EVO HTML to PDF Converter Expert

I need an expert in the EVO HTML to PDF Converter software to help me with a project. The output needed is in PDF format. We already have the Azure Server running (needed for Azure hosted Apps) but the output is fuzzy/blurry and we need this problem solved. This project is urgent and I've been down a few deadends with this PDF output so I will only consider applicants with proven experience who can show me some example to prove they have done this before ON AZURE using .net and preferrably Blazor Server-side.
