We are looking for a detailed oriented person with experience in Adobe Acrobat Fillable PDF forms and able to create professional forms with functionality to submit/email forms, calculations, populating fields, and more!
The main business requirements for the PDF referrals projects are:
Dynamic and editable form
Interact with our current systems
Usable by different stakeholders (producers, coverholders, brokers, and internal and external underwriters)
Support a ticketing system
Accessible via different applications
Each stakeholder can keep track of the status of the request: the Producer through the Coverholder application and the Coverholder through the Broker application
Confirmation emails each time the request is transferred from one stakeholder to another
All authorised referrals are valid for a configurable time frame
