Document Compilation and Duplication Removal

I have several PDF documents that need compiling into a single document. The goal is to have all questions from all documents without duplications.
Key Tasks:
- Identify and remove duplicate questions. Some questions may be word for word but change one number, so attention to detail is crucial.
- Place duplicates of a question next to each other in order.
- Final document should be organized by question type, with answers bolded. Should look just like the pdfs provided. I would like a copy without bolded answers too.
