I need 100 documents anonymized. You must have Adobe Acrobat Pro to reliably replace text in the PDF text layer and the underlying images.

Requirements:
- Anonymize names, addresses, and sensitive personal details
- Handle a mix of text-based and image-based documents
- Replace anonymized text with placeholder text
