Design Three Corporate Information Guides
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have three existing Adobe InDesign documents that need to be expanded into polished information guides of about 12–15 pages each. All copy, imagery, and a clear brief are ready to go; your main task is to integrate the new text, integrate the additional pages, and keep everything firmly within a corporate, professional aesthetic that matches the current brand look.
The files you will receive:
• Current .INDD files with paragraph and character styles already defined
• Finalised copy (Word) and approved imagery
• A short style guide covering fonts, colour palette, and logo usage
What I need back:
• Updated InDesign files for all three guides, fully packaged with links and fonts
• High-resolution PDFs
• A web-optimised PDF version of each guide
Important notes:
• Only minor image tweaks are necessary—simple crops, colour correction, or light retouching in Photoshop is plenty.
• Consistency across the three guides is critical: typography, spacing, and hierarchy should read as one cohesive family.
• I will review a first draft of the first guide before you move on to the remaining two, so we can lock in the approach early and avoid re-work.
If you’re confident working quickly in InDesign, comfortable with tight corporate branding, and meticulous about clean layouts, I’d love to get these guides off to production with you.
Example of guide that needs updating enclosed.
