Daily Report PDF Form Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am in need of a fillable PDF form that can be sent to our site crews for daily reports. The form should have the following features:
- Ability to collect information on work progress and materials used
- Mandatory fields for date, crew name, and project location
- A "List of equipment on site" section that allows for both text input and dropdown options
- Sections for work done, work to complete, and issues encountered
Ideal candidates should have experience in creating fillable PDF forms, combined with a good understanding of data collection and reporting. Experience in the construction industry would be a bonus.
