Custom LaTeX Document Creation

I have a LaTeX project that falls outside the usual academic-paper, résumé, or thesis templates—it’s a different kind of document altogether, and I’d like it built cleanly from the ground up. I will supply the exact structure, styling notes, and any figures or tables; you take care of translating those requirements into well-commented .tex source and a final PDF that compiles without errors.

There is no fixed package list. If TikZ, Beamer, BibLaTeX, or any other package makes the layout easier or the output sharper, feel free to bring it in—as long as the file remains portable and the dependencies are documented.

Deliverables
• Fully commented .tex source files, plus any custom class, style, or bibliography files you create
• A compiled PDF that matches my formatting notes precisely
• A short README outlining how to recompile the project (engine, package list, and command)
