Create Internal Project Update PDF Presentation

I need a concise, visually engaging presentation that clearly updates my internal team on our current project status. All content will ultimately be delivered as a polished, share-ready PDF—no PowerPoint shell or video required.

I will supply the raw data, timelines, and any graphics we already have. Your role is to transform that information into a logical story flow, tighten the messaging, and design clean, on-brand slides that highlight progress, next steps, and any blockers in a way my colleagues can absorb in a quick read-through.

You’re free to use your preferred design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, PowerPoint exported to PDF, etc.) as long as the final output is a high-resolution PDF that looks great whether viewed on a laptop or projected in a meeting room.

Deliverables:
• Finished PDF presentation (10–15 slides, unless the content requires slightly more or fewer)
• Source file(s) so we can update figures internally later
• One round of revisions after initial draft

Acceptance criteria:
• Clear narrative of project progress, milestones, issues, and next actions
• Consistent typography, color palette, and iconography aligned with our brand guide (I’ll share it on award)
• Charts and visuals accurately reflect the supplied data
• File size under 15 MB without quality loss

Timeline is flexible within a week once assets are handed over.
