Create a Editable document with drop down menu for selcting of data

I have a tenancy agreement which is written in word, I need drop down menu to easily select data to complete the form easily on my device swiftly to save time and create electronic documents. I need to be able to select the data from the drop down menu in a pdf format so they can be signed when completed by the tenant. There is only a data selection of 10-15 items in total.
