We are a mortgage broking business that is in need of a professional, practical, easy to use document. The document will be used by our brokers once a file has reached the stage of progressing to an application. The document is designed for the broker to complete to "hand over" the file to the loan processor to complete the application and gather and further information/Documents from the clients. Therefore this document must flow, be easy to use and contain the information required to make the transition from broker to processor clear and simple. It also needs to be branded and aesthetically pleasing.
I have attached an excel version off the form that we are currently using in printed format but would like a PDF document that can be competed on the computer with drop down options and places to input text. I have also attached the logo that we are wanting to use for branding. Happy to let you be creative but we are wanting the information required to remain the same.
