I need a Word document cleaned up and converted into a clickable and fillable pdf form for tablet use on a Galaxy Tab A9 + 5G. The form will include:
- Text fields
- Checkboxes
No signature fields or calculations are required. Would like to be able to saveable, and easily emailed it to a customer while in the field. You can rebuild the form as needed.
