DOCUMENT IS IN FRENCH !

I need an experienced freelancer to urgently prepare a court-compliant PDF file following the Quebec Court of Appeal requirements, using a Word document and scanned paper documents (already paginated).

This is a motion to suspend provisional execution plus annexes, including:

Court judgment

Notice of appeal

Supporting exhibits (letters, emails, legal excerpts, etc.)

Scope of Work:
- Combine the Word document (main motion) + scanned annexes into one complete PDF file.
-Create a clickable table of contents at the beginning of the file.
-Add bookmarks (tabs) for each section and annex for quick navigation.
-Ensure the chronological order of all documents is respected.
-Make sure the final PDF is searchable and selectable (OCR if needed).
-Keep the existing pagination from the scanned documents (do not add automatic page numbers).
-Ensure the final PDF does not exceed 250 MB.

I will provide:
Main motion document (Word format)

Scanned annexes (already paginated, with visible page numbers)

Full annex list and correct order

Docket number for file naming

Technical requirements (per official rules):
PDF format

Table of contents + bookmarks

Searchable text (OCR applied if necessary)

No password or security restrictions

Proper file naming (example: Requete_suspendre_execution_200-09-123456-123.pdf)

Deadline:
Final delivery required within 24 hours maximum (urgent, no extensions).

Required Skills:
Excellent command of PDF tools (Adobe Acrobat, PDF XChange, Foxit, etc.)

Experience with OCR and scanned documents

Prior legal document experience is a strong asset

High attention to detail and accuracy
