Convert 6 word document to editable PDF - Educational Resource - Only some fields need entry

I am a teacher and have 6 Word documents that I would like to convert into P)DF with certain entry fields. This is because when I let them edit the word doc it respaces everything and does not look good.
I have attached one of the word documents as a PDF. Hoping to find reasonable price as its just for my students to revise for their exam.
