Convert this PDF to a fully editable GoogleDocs/Docs template

Convert this PDF to a fully editable GoogleDocs/Docs template , everything on page 1 (Ph-INV-0032_JOSH BRNJAC_TLC Christmas Party_.pdf) should be editable except for the lines. the logo should just be a header image on the top left that can be changed and replaced with other logos.
A4 Size normal USA A4 size for printer.
FONTS: Find most similar fonts that work and are already available in google docs, but are very similar to the pdf given
The main title, subtitle & body text should be very similar to the example PDF it has to be almost the same
Then, add "2nd page template-min (1) (1).png" PNG Image to fill 2nd page in same google docs, filling up the entire page with no border, on the 2nd page. it should be on the same google docs
when done send me google docs link + docs (.docx) file
