Convert resume in PDF format to an editable word document

I need someone to copy this PDF and retain all of its formatting into a new word document. I must be able to edit and make changes to this new document without any unnecessary complications.

The new word document must be absolutely identical to this PDF. Indentations, spacing, etc must be completely consistent with the original document.
