Convert & redesign PDF docs to a pre-existing Word Template

We distribute a number of appliance brands. We have 15 user manuals for appliances that are in PDF format under one of our brands. We require these to be converted and redesigned into a pre-existing Word Template for another of our brands. Each manual is 20–30 pages. The attached file is a PDF export of one of the manuals that has been redesigned int the new Word format, so this is an example of the finished piece (as a PDF).
