Convert multiple PDF documents to MS Word Documents

I need someone to convert more than 20 PDF documents into MS Word documents. I want the converted documents to preserve the original formatting, which may contain complex elements like bullet points, tables, graphics, and mathematical formulas. I need someone who can be efficient and create high-quality work in a timely manner. Please let me know your estimated time of completion as well. The budget is up for bid, 10 to 11 is not my budget.
