Convert PDF into a Web App with local e-mail capabilities and editable.
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We have a Time Sheet that is set up with Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
Requirements:
1. I must be able to add and remove people as needed if we hire or lose an employee.
2. It must calculate the hours automatically (You may play with the PDF to see how it works)
3. It must export final calculations into a PDF and send using our internal mail server.
4. It must be able to be signed by multiple people in case one is out on vacation or sick (test this feature by hitting Approve on the PDF and Typing "Password1" - "Password6")
We have a local SQL database and a local MySQL database we can use, if that makes it simpler?
Open to suggestions and design changes, just must be easy and simple to use, with automatic e-mailing to our accounting Dept.
