Convert PDF to Word without most of the formatting

We have a PDF file that contains almost 120 double pages and needs to be converted to a Word file. All formatting should be removed (e.g. indentations, font color). The structure should be kept (lists remain lists, paragraphs remain paragraphs, headings remain headings) It is important that the page structure is retained.
