Comprehensive PDF Document Overhaul

I need a versatile freelancer experienced in Adobe Acrobat Pro or DocuSign who can perform multiple tasks on a PDF document. The scope of work includes:
- Editing the textual content of the document.
- Adding and removing images as needed.
- Rearranging the order of the pages.
Not only will you be tweaking the content, but I also require you to apply a new template to give the document a fresh look. Once completed, the edited PDF should be converted to a format that's compatible with both common PDF viewers and DocuSign (for eSignatures). Attention-to-detail, creativity in design, and proficiency in PDF editing tools will be critical for this job.
