I’m ready to move forward on a commercial build and need a seasoned construction estimator to translate my complete architectural plans into numbers I can rely on. You’ll receive the full drawing set (PDF and CAD) and, from that, I need three integrated deliverables:
• A detailed cost estimate broken down by CSI division, including unit costs, contingencies, and mark-ups.
• A comprehensive material takeoff that lists quantities, specs, and suppliers where applicable.
• Labor estimation showing crew sizes, hours, and wage rates tied back to each line item.
I’d like all figures presented in an editable spreadsheet with clear assumptions, so I can plug them straight into my budget model. Accuracy and clarity are paramount—I will spot-check quantities against the drawings and compare unit costs with current market data.
