Build pdf fillable forms on jot forms

Looking for someone fast and that understands jot forms. Prefer someone with experience. I have three or four PDF forms I will give you that you will edit on jot forms to make them fillable. May require multiple reworks as I am picky about layout and user views. Must be able to communicate in English well with me and have experience in jot forms for a fast high quality PDF product.
