Board Data Extraction from PDFs -- 2
Budget: $700 – $1,000 NZD
I need to collect board of directors' data along with company CEO and chairman message for 7000 company annual reports in PDF format, all of which follow essentially the same structure. For each director, please capture the following information: name, current title, education, professional background, and age. Also, the chairman and directors' message to the investors. The Annual report needs to be accessed from a single website which covers for all companies.
The Excel template is already prepared; you will just populate the rows, keeping one sheet per company and one row per board member. Consistency is critical because the spreadsheet will serve as our baseline for future yearly updates. I will spot-check for 100% accuracy, so please plan to validate your own work before delivery.
Deliverables
• Completed Excel workbook containing every director from all 8,600 reports, properly labelled and de-duplicated
• A brief log of any reports where the Board section was missing or incomplete
Timing is flexible within reason, but please let me know how many reports you can reliably process per day and your expected completion date when bidding.
