Bilingual Photobooth Guide Creation
Budget: $10 – $50 CAD
I need a clear, visually engaging guide that shows staff how to set up and operate our new photobooth. The document must be fully bilingual—French and English side-by-side on every page—so nothing is lost in translation.
Scope
• Produce one interactive PDF and a matching slide deck (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides).
• Structure the material around three essentials:
– Installation instructions (basic setup, wiring, media loading).
– Employee usage guide (daily start-up, customer flow, closing tasks).
– Troubleshooting tips (most common errors and quick fixes).
Visuals
I will provide or approve:
• Photobooth setup photos
• Screenshots of the operating software
• Step-by-step instructional images
• must be easy to read clear and pure style
Design & Functionality
• Clean, on-brand layout with placeholder spots where I can later drop in our logo.
• Clickable table of contents, internal links, and clearly labeled steps to keep navigation easy for new staff.
• Editable source file so I can tweak text or swap images later.
Deliverables
1. Editable slide deck (PPT, KEY, or Google Slides).
2. Exported interactive PDF with all links tested.
Timeline
A concise first draft within one week is ideal so I have time to review both languages.
Please share samples of any similar how-to guides or bilingual documents you have created and let me know which design platform you prefer working in.
