Bank Statement Sorting to Excel

I have a collection of bank statements locked away in PDF format that I need transformed into a clean, easy-to-filter Excel workbook. Every transaction should appear on its own row with clear, separate columns for date, merchant name, amount, and any other details captured in the original file.

The finished sheet must be sorted in two ways at once: first by merchant so I can quickly see spending patterns with each vendor, and then chronologically within each merchant group so nothing is out of order.

I will supply the PDFs as soon as we start. You’ll return one consolidated .xlsx file ready for analysis—no additional formatting or formulas required beyond the proper sort order and accurate data entry. Accuracy is critical; numbers and dates must match the source exactly. If a line item cannot be read, highlight it and flag the page number so I can double-check.
