Automate PDF Editing with Photoshop

We need to automate editing of a PDF document using Photoshop scripting languages. The document will be always the same (a template) and we would like to use excel in order to add the custom/editable data that will populate the PDF file. We're looking for a professional with good communication skills who has both the experience and the time to dedicate to this over the next 24-48 hours, as its quite urgent.
