Apartment Building Form Creation

There are three residential tenancy forms (created by cut and paste) that need to be reformatted into editable pdf versions for Microsoft Word 2010. Applicant Form -- remove "X" out sections from the form. Please format all of the forms to look "professional" with added boarders, bold text where required, etc. Keep form in black and white, no colour. Thank you
