Amend PDF text

I am looking for a freelancer to amend the text in a PDF document. Although I am not sure if I have the editable source file, the changes needed are only minor. The PDF contains text only, and I require a skilled individual with experience in editing PDFs. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in Adobe Acrobat, and have a strong understanding of typography and layout design.
