My manuscript is sitting in a clean Word file and is ready for you to turn into two flawless outputs: a print-ready PDF and a perfectly flowing EPUB for Kindle. The trim size is 6 × 9, and I need the interior to look as polished as any top-shelf title on Amazon.
Here is what matters most to me: every chapter must open with consistent, professional headings; headers and footers should appear on the correct even/odd pages and include tasteful text with graphics; and the Kindle edition must feature a fully clickable table of contents. Proper margins, line spacing, widows and orphans control, and balanced typography are non-negotiable.
