Adobe Live Cycle Form Conversion

I have two forms made in Adobe Live Cycle that I want to convert to PDF files that I can edit in Acrobat Professional. We want to maintain the fillable fields. Sometimes our addres changes or we want to update our logo and the overal design and need to be able to do this in house.
