ADOBE fillable forms multiple forms to create

I have a large number of forms related to the finance industry which I require to be converted to or recreated as fillable PDF forms. Some clinets may wish to print the forms and complete by hand. FREELANCER must be good with English so can do GRAMMAR and SPELLCHECKS. We will want to EDIT these forms, make changes etc to them and add new features. FORMS will also be linked into our SALESFORCE system BUT this is NOT a job for you to worry about. I need someone who can work quickly and is good with GRAPHICS and LAYOUT becuase I want the forms (which are based upon forms from other companies) to have consistent layout, colours, headers and footers. Some forms will be set up to be signed off under DOCUSIGN. I prefer to have a TIME BUDGET and pay you by the hour. THis will be an on-going job.
