validate and check PCB layout and Gerber in Altium Designer

I made a PCB for a motor controller based on WIFI. I need it to be checked thoroughly (the PCB layout and the Gerber files)
and give me a detailed report - signals integrity, possible electronic faults etc.
the PCB has 170 parts, 60 unique parts. it is not big. 99% of the parts are SMT, there are a few BGA parts.
