building of schematic and pcb board using eagle software

components needed are:
- wemos d1 mini esp8266
- lithium battery 5v charger with protection circuit
- 3.7v 1200mah lipo battery
- mlx90714 BCC sensor
- ps1440p02bt piezzo buzzer
- apds9960 proximity sensor
- microsd card adapter module
- oled display 128x64
- led
- rtc
- other possible components if recommended
do not have any existing circuit/schematic. need help to design it.
