prototype developer

I am looking for a prototype developer who can create both a physical and digital prototype for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing both types of prototypes.
Specific features and functionalities have not been outlined in a detailed list, so the developer should have the qualification to able to help elaborate on features needed.
Looking to craft my own EMS training power suit. I’ve worked for several distributors and would love to cure all bottlenecks and make it better and different style.
The power suit would have a powerbox that would be Bluetooth connected to one source. My goal is to up to 12 clients in one software which would be used to send electric impulses to each one of the individuals with the suit one. The software capabilities would have different stimulation channels, training program with fixed hertz/frequency. Individualized muscle groups such as: biceps - triceps - inner tights - quads - hamstrings - glutes - abs - pecs - biceps - triceps - traps - middle back - lower back.
The training programs would be: Strength - Endurance - Cardio - Fat burning - Anti cellulite
The preferred timeline for completing the prototype is within 1 month, so the developer should be able to work efficiently to meet this deadline.
Skills and experience required for this project include:
