professional electronic engineer

I need professional electronic engineer can deal with PCBs for refrigerators control board and Air Condition control board...etc . as you know that all new devices controlled by PCB and there are inside inverters to control the speed of motors for the devices. I need a professional engineer that can do troubleshooting.
