pcb desgin to control mini servo moter with out ardurino

Hello, I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to design a PCB to control my mini servo motor. The desired voltage range for the servo motor is 4.8 ~ 6V. At the moment, I'm not sure of the specific board dimensions or space restrictions for the PCB design, but Try to Design as mini as posible
1. input 12v battery as power supply
2. on/off switch for servo
a. while off it should go 0 degree
b. while on it should go to x degree
3. mini potentiometer to controlle angle(x) of servo moter
